Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mavyn, provided by Mavyn ("Mavyn", "we"). By creating an account or connecting an advertising account, you agree to them.

1. What Mavyn does

Mavyn is software that plans, builds, launches, monitors and adjusts advertising campaigns in the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta accounts you connect. When autopilot is on, Mavyn changes your campaigns without asking first, within the guardrails you set (including a monthly budget cap).

2. Your accounts and your responsibilities

• You must have authority to connect each advertising account and to let Mavyn manage it.
• You are responsible for your advertising spend, which the ad platforms bill to you directly. Mavyn does not pay for or hold your ad spend.
• You are responsible for setting guardrails that suit your business and for reviewing Mavyn's activity log.
• You must follow each ad platform's own terms and advertising policies, and all laws that apply to your ads, including truth-in-advertising rules and restrictions on special categories such as housing, employment, credit and health.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and images you give Mavyn and for having the rights to use them.

3. Automated decisions and no guarantee of results

Mavyn uses AI to write ads and make optimization decisions. AI can make mistakes. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any level of leads, sales, cost or return. You can turn off autopilot, stop managing any campaign, or press "Pause everything" at any time.

4. Fees

Subscription fees, if any, are shown when you sign up and are separate from your advertising spend. We will give notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Mavyn to run ads that are illegal, deceptive or that violate the ad platforms' policies; to access accounts you are not authorized to use; or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Your data

You own your business information and advertising data. You grant us permission to use it only to provide Mavyn to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Mavyn and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the service, other users or the ad platforms. When access ends, Mavyn stops making changes to your accounts; campaigns already running remain in your ad accounts under your control.

8. Disclaimers

Mavyn is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or advertising spend. Our total liability for any claim relating to Mavyn is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and, if they are significant, notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use Mavyn after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
